Natalie Crede

Natalie passionately brings her extensive leadership experience to her clients. As the owner of Bloom Leadership Development and Consulting, she helps businesses thrive by working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, HR, and leadership teams to connect people to business strategies, shape their company cultures and develop their leaders.   As an expert, she has hired and mentored hundreds of leaders from the C-suite to the frontline.

Before consulting, Natalie led extraordinary business results with award-winning work. She held top HR executive roles with recognized national brands such as Home Shopping Network, LBrands, Victoria’s Secret, Lane Bryant, Chico’s, and most recently as the head of HR, Internal Communications, PR and Corporate Events for Safelite (AutoGlass) Group. 

Natalie also shares her tales of leadership triumphs (and epic fails) as a guest speaker and has been invited to speak at national leadership meetings and events by many organizations.

She views knowledge sharing as a way of paying it forward and aims to help fellow leaders by offering insights for navigating their own paths to success.
