Natalie Crede

Natalie brings her extensive leadership experience to her clients with passion. As the owner of Bloom Leadership Development and Consulting, she helps businesses thrive by working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, HR, and leadership teams to connect people to business strategies, shape their company cultures, and develop their leaders.   As an expert in her field, she has hired and mentored thousands of leaders from the C-suite to the frontline.

Before consulting, Natalie led extraordinary business results with award-winning work in transforming company cultures and developing innovative talent management programs centered on the employee experience. She held top executive roles with recognized national brands, leading multiple functions including Human Resources, Internal Communications, PR, and Corporate Events. 

Natalie also shares her tales of leadership triumphs (and epic failures!) as a guest speaker and has been invited to speak at national leadership meetings and events by many organizations.

She views knowledge sharing as a way of paying it forward and aims to help fellow leaders by offering insights for navigating their own paths to success.
