Cancellation/Refund Policy: Workshops and Events

Standard Cancellation Policy

We get it - stuff happens. If you have already registered for one of our leadership development workshops, and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund minus a $50 admin fee up to 30 days out of your scheduled training

  • 50% refund after that up to two weeks out from the scheduled date

  • No refund within two weeks of the training date

  • An exception may be made for an unexpected illness, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming workshop can be issued

If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email natalie.crede@bloomldac.com with the subject line “Cancellation.”

Transferring Your Participation to Someone Else

In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else. We can transfer participation up until the day before the event. For online workshops, if you transfer your participation , you are responsible for ensuring that any supplies that were provided to you are given to the person who is taking your place.

Please let us know by emailing the same address that was provided at registration with the subject line “Transfer [Name of Workshop]” and include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your participation to. We’ll take it from there!

Bloom Cancellation

Despite our best preventative efforts, stuff can happen to us too. If there are fewer than six people registered for the workshop one week out, the workshop will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund for your registration. For this reason, if you plan on coming, register early! Bloom also reserves the right to cancel any workshops or events where unexpected situations may prevent us from making it - in which case, you’ll also receive a full refund.
