Natalie Crede is on a knowledge-sharing mission. With over 25 years of experience as a recognized HR executive and leader, she founded Bloom Leadership Development and Consulting to share her passion and expertise in creating great leaders and work cultures. With a proven track record of success, she firmly believes that everything good that happens in any business starts with having great people who are inspired, engaged, and empowered by their leaders.

Along with best-practice approaches she’s learned and developed for nationally recognized brands, Natalie shares true leadership stories from real-world experiences - some victorious, some unfortunate and some flat-out embarrassing - all of which she hopes will inspire others, or at least prevent them from making the same mistakes.
